General B-1 Build homes, remodel, additions, small commercial, commercial buildings
and projects involving 3 or more trades.

Specialty Contractors Require C or D licenses to perform their trade and other minor repairs outside their
trade which are required to complete installations

Service Providers Perform maintenance and other services; do not require a contractors
license, however, in some cases a license may be required if cost is over $800.
